Health Net Medicare Advantage Plans
Health Net offers several Medicare Advantage plans with and without prescription drug coverage options. Health Net also offers standalone prescription drug plans (Medicare Part D) that offer no additional medical benefits.
Anyone who is eligible for Medicare Part A and who is already enrolled in Medicare Part B is eligible to participate in the Health Net Medicare Advantage plans, provided that the participant lives within the plan’s service area. All enrollees must pay their Medicare Part B premiums while enrolled in a Health Net Medicare Advantage plan.
The Health Net Medicare Advantage plans use a network of health care providers. Enrollees must receive their health care services (including prescription drugs) from plan providers, except under very limited circumstances.
All Health Net Medicare Advantage plans are available to Medicare-eligible residents in designated areas of Cochise, Maricopa, Pima, Pinal and Santa Cruz counties. Participants in a Health Net Medicare Advantage plan may qualify to receive additional assistance from Medicare for prescription drug costs, based upon income guidelines. Depending upon your county of residence, your benefits under these plans may differ.
